I had an amazing stay at a charming inn near a beautiful beach. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and my kids absolutely loved the children's facilities. The pool area was relaxing, and the bar served great food. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for families looking to relax and have a great time.

There were staff that spoke English and they were all very helpful. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable time. The beach is 100 metres down the road and a max 10mins taxi into the centro area which is great for shopping, drinking and eating by the seaside! The breakfast was also lovely and they included a powerpoint convertor in your room! I would go back for sure.

This place is perfect for experiencing Buzios. The staff were so helpful, particularly Victoria who went out of her way to help us arrange various things. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the whole feeling of the place was relaxed and friendly. The breakfast was vast and delicious and the location was just perfect! I cannot recommend this place enough...excellent value for money. I will stay here again!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, being just a short walk from the beautiful beach of Geriba. The room was extremely comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with garden furniture. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent room service and always ensuring our needs were met. We also enjoyed the variety of leisure activities available, such as the outdoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The hotel even had a kids club with a play area that our children absolutely loved. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.

The staff were very kind and helpful. We were allowed to keep our room late on the day of checkout which was very helpful given that our pick up was not until 6pm. The facilities were great and we really enjoyed our stay.

There were some works going on that we had not been told about - this was a little noisy but did not cause us a problem. Other guests may have wanted to have been informed in advance.

Near the beach and with brilliant staff, this hotel was a great stay. I loved how clean everything was, and the facilities like the pools, table tennis, and soccer field were really nice. Plus, the animation team for the kids was amazing, with activities starting every day at 10 am.

Good facilities & Location the hotel offered a variety of activities for our children such as a kids pool and playground, movies, drawing, painting and games. Geriba beach nearby was a great place to enjoy some sun. the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to nearby restaurants.

Poor service & Dirty rooms the hotel staff seemed indifferent and never greeted us or tried to make us feel at home. the rooms were dirty and needed repairs.
